2nd Congress of Andalusian Early Potato
Due to the success of the first edition of the congress of Andalusian Early Potato between all agents belonged to the sector of early potato, and the increasing consideration as a viable alternative crop against declining other, the sector of Producers and Exporters of the Andalusian Early Potato held the second edition of the Andalusian Early Potato on October 14th in Seville.

The organization of the sector at regional wide, national wide and European wide, its growth prospects, the discrepancy with the current regulations of quality, the consumers’ knowledge and perception of the early potato, and the exchange of experiences on promotion were discussed among other issues within the program of presentations and lectures.

In this already hold edition of the congress, the official presentation of the European Committee for Early Potato has also taken place, formed within Europatat. It´s about a forum where early potato sectors in different European countries have pinned their hopes in order to improve their institutional relevance in the European Union.
