Terms and conditions of the promotion “Get the most out of our origin”, including a stay in Seville, capital of the early Andalusian potato.

1. To participate in the draw to win a trip to Seville you have to fill in your personal details on the back of the leaflet headed “Get the most out of our origin”, and place it in the mailbox of the promotion or hand it in to the promotion staff. You can also send your personal details to the e-mail adress info@andusianearlypotatoes.com

2. Once the promotion has finished, a four day stay for two people in a four star hotel in Seville will be drawn (only accomodation, breakfast not included).

3. Witnessed by a notary, a ticket will be drawn randomly during the draw. 10 more tickets will be drawn to create a waiting list in case the winner rejects the prize (the order in which the tickets are drawn will be preserved).

Tickets that are illegible or do not contain all the details will be considered non-valid.

The Producers and Exporters of the Early Andalusian Potato will notify the winner by phone and/or e-mail. The winner has to reply in under two weeks, otherwise the prize will go to the next person on the waiting list that was created during the draw.

4. Anyone related direct or indirectly to the Producers and Exporters of the Early Potato of Andalusia or their first degree family will not be allowed to take part on this promotion.

5. The hotel stay prize is valid until the 31st May 2010. The booking of the hotel should be made in advance so as to confirm the room availability or change the date if needed.

6. The prize will be sent by mail to the address written on the ticket.

7. The winner will not be able to exchange the prize for money or any other goods. If the winner cant make use of it he should decline the prize and the next person on the waiting list will receive it.

8. It is completely forbidden to get an economic benefit from selling or lending the prize and if done so the rights to the prize will be lost. In this case the prize would go to the next person on the waiting list.

9. Participating in this promotion involves full acceptance of the terms and conditions .

10. Details written on the tickets will become part of the data-base of Asociafruit, for informational and advertising purposes.
